How do I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed.
Can I have a discount code applied after I placed my order?
Discount codes can only be applied at the time of checkout. They can not be applied anytime before or after.
Why has my order been canceled?
Sometimes our items sell out very quickly due to such a high demand and on occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable.
If an item in your order sells out, we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the cancelation of your order. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item.
Can I exchange an item?
All clothing and accessories are ineligible for exchanges. They can only be exchanged for sure credit through out online boutique and cannot be used in our physical locations. Shoes can be exchanged for changes in sizes, nut not styles. Shoes must not be worn, scuffed, or damaged.
I see an item I like but it's not in stock
We often restock our most popular items. We also try to replace them with similar styles. Check back frequently to see if an item you like is back in stock!
